By the end of the program, you will:

  • Know your target customer
  • Have established your brand identity and campaign messaging
  • Be creating regular content
  • Be publishing weekly to social media channels
  • Be able to understand the important analytics and track your progress
  • Optimize your content and execution to improve your marketing funnel and conversions
  • Have a team in place to continue your social media success at the correct pace

After the program, you will know how to execute and improve your social media campaigns for improved sales and conversions.

What gets done each week

Week 0 – You get access to brand guidelines, ICP, content creation, publishing, and other templates that allow you to organize and optimize your marketing and social media information

Week 1 – Our team reviews your current state, identifies holes, and works with you to understand the psychometrics and identity of your ideal customer profile.  We help you establish a publishing platform, identify the right channels, and create profiles.

Week 2 – We work with you to convert the ICP into your brand identity and campaign messaging to create the most compelling messages that you will then use across the breadth of your content creation and profile branding.  We help you customize the templates according to your startup, market, and ICP.

Week 3 – That messaging is then put into action by establishing multiple content types that your ICP cares about and our team helps you to create your first posts!

Week 4 – A publishing calendar is created, the first posts are published, and we show you tips and tricks for getting new followers, impressions, likes, and comments.  Our team populates pending tweets, and helps with copywriting, assets, and publishing to show you best practices and how to automate many of the steps.

Week 5 – By this time, you’ve got posts, which means you have data!  We help you analyze the data to glean insights about which posts are hitting the mark, which aren’t, and how they relate to your marketing funnel.

Week 6 – This week we begin handing over the reins.  Our team supports you as you start to take control of content creation, publishing, and analytics.

Week 7 – We review where the business is at and make improvements.  Each of these templates is a living document, meant to be updated as your startup and the market evolves.

Week 8 – We work with you to identify and secure the resources you need to keep your marketing machine ticking and help you put those in place with an eye on the future.
