Kristy Gillio Fall is an entrepreneur, business consultant and college lecturer dedicated to social innovation and entrepreneurship. Kristy specializes in strategic communications, accelerating ventures at various stages of growth and elevating businesses and their leaders through the power of branding, messaging, and storytelling.

After beginning her career in investment banking at Lazard, Kristy became an entrepreneur, cofounding a 3D/4D virtual design firm combining the technical with the creative for clientele. Uniting her entrepreneurial expertise and passion for positive social change, Kristy currently runs the Innovation Lab at Rutgers University, guiding students as they refine social innovation ideas into viable business ventures.

Kristy also teaches marketing and strategy courses at the Rutgers Business School and is the Assistant Director for the Road to Silicon V/Alley Program (RSVP). She has served as an industry mentor for the National Science Foundation-sponsored I-Corps@Rutgers program, Black and Latino Tech Initiative Accelerator, Rutgers MS Engineering/Executive MBA Collaborative for Technology Entrepreneurship & Commercialization (CTEC) course, and recently collaborated with AMCHAM, the US Embassy and the National Libraries to create an entrepreneurship program for various age groups and for young professionals in Guyana. Kristy is also a public speaker and offers workshops on strategic communication, creativity, innovation, entre-/intrapreneurship and leadership.

Kristy is passionate about education, collaboration, and mentorship to improve the lives of the people she encounters and the world we collectively share.
